Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

We’re not agents, and we do not list your property on the MLS. We are professional property buyers. We buy properties in Mississippi that meet our purchasing criteria, then after purchase we evaluate the property on a number of data points to determine the best strategy for the property and the surrounding community.

Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Most of the properties we purchase are below market value. We take in account many factors when evaluating properties and offer fair prices based on the current condition. Usually the properties that fit our buying criteria are properties that are not a fit to be listed with an agent, or the property needs significant repairs, or the seller needs cash immediately without wanting to deal with the hassles and unknowns of listing the property on the market. In our experience, sellers appreciate that we can offer cash, close very quickly, and there’s no time or effort or expenses required of them.

How are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties to get your property in front of as many eyes as possible with hope that someone will buy. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers and then takes a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Agents provide a great service for those that can wait 6-12 months to sell and who don’t mind being flexible and/or making repairs as needed for the different contingency periods, and also giving up some of that sale price to pay for the commissions. But that’s where we’re different: We’re not agents, we’re professional property buyers. Our company buys your property. Since we’re actually the one buying the proeprty from you, and we pay with all cash… we can make a decision to buy within a day.
